Privacy Policy

Effective July 25, 2026

Dartfielder is operated by Abundance Services LLC ("we", "us"). This policy describes how we handle information in connection with the Dartfielder mobile and web applications and the dartfielder.com website. Dartfielder is field service management software used by businesses (such as junk removal companies) and their employees.

Information we collect

The mobile app does not track your device's location in the background. Maps in the app display job and dump-site addresses, not your position.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Microsoft Azure (hosting and email delivery), Google Maps Platform (address lookup and maps), and — when your company connects it — GoHighLevel (CRM synchronization). Each receives only the data needed for its function.

Data storage and security

Data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States and encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while your company's account is active. Employees' access is removed by their company administrator; companies can request export or deletion of their data by contacting us. We may retain limited records where required for legal or security reasons.

Your employer's role

If you use Dartfielder through your job, your employer controls the workspace: it creates your account, decides what operational data is entered, and is the primary contact for questions about that data.

Children

Dartfielder is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
